PRE-BUILD KEY BENEFITS

  • Precise measurements
  • Fast
  • Accurate
  • Ontime

PRE-BUILD

TECHNOLOGY

Melbourne factory showcases a world class offsite manufacturing (OSM) equipment to automatically cut, frame and clad timber panelised elements. It has a 24/7 functioning capability which can produce over 25,000m² built area per year with provisions for expansion. Along with the plant and equipment, we use the most up to date CAD software and SEMA to produce a fully working Building Information Model.

SPEED

A typical single storey home can be manufactured in 2 -3 days
Assembly on site is typically achieved within 3-7 days

QUALITY

Precision engineering in a controlled environment utilising state of the art software
Quality Control measures throughout the manufacturing process ensure a premium grade product
Millimeter tolerance allows hassle free erection on site
15 Year structural component warranty provided.
That’s 8 years longer than the standard builders
warranty currently provided.

FLEXIBILITY

Technology is capable of producing any building design up to 5 storeys.
Residential buildings
Hotels
Hospitals
Police stations
School, etc.

ENERGY EFFICIENTLY

The National House Energy Rating Scheme (NHERS) system rates a house from 0 to 10 stars, where a
10 star house virtually does not require any heating or cooling.
Under current regulatory requirements in Victoria, new homes are required to have a minimum of 6
stars.
Our technology allows us to have at least 8 stars

SUSTANABILITY

Timber is the most environmentally responsible building material and is a renewable resource.
Timber is strong, light and reliable making timber construction simpler and safer than steel or concrete
construction

SUMMARY

The project meets all the required building codes and standards with the same building science, architectural appeal and operational requirements you would find in traditional construction. Building off site is also a more sustainable process that inherently results in waste avoidance upstream and reduced site disruption and disturbance. Without question though, the most sought after outcome of this process is the reduced construction schedule—your doors can open as much as 50% sooner than building the conventional.
